Dear Lawnton Families and Community Members,
Welcome to another exciting school year! As your principal, I am thrilled to embark on this journey of discovery and growth with each of you. Our school thrives on a shared love of learning, where curiosity and creativity are encouraged and celebrated. Together, we create a nurturing environment where every student can explore their potential and achieve their dreams.

 I have worked in various roles in the CDSD for 27 years. Teaching kindergarten, first, and second grade, as well as serving as a Data & Instruction Specialist. I left CDSD for 3 years to serve as the principal of Halifax Elementary. I grew up in the Central Dauphin School District and graduated from CD East High School. I am committed to supporting our teachers and staff as we provide the students of Lawnton Elementary with a safe and engaging learning environment.

As a former high school and college athlete, teamwork has become a huge part of who I am. Collaboration needs to be at the heart of our community. By working together—students, parents, and educators—we can foster a supportive network that enhances the educational experience. I believe in the power of teamwork and the incredible outcomes we can achieve when we join forces. Let's continue to inspire one another, share knowledge, and build a vibrant learning community.
